At Raghav Global School, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, respectful, and inclusive work environment where every employee is treated with dignity and respect. The school follows a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment and is dedicated to preventing, prohibiting, and redressing such incidents in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

In compliance with the provisions of the POSH Act, 2013, the school has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) to receive and address complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace. The Committee functions independently and ensures that every complaint is handled with fairness, confidentiality, sensitivity, and within the timelines prescribed under the Act.
