| Principal | 09:30-12:30 hrs on working days (with prior appointment only) |

| School Office | 08:30-12:30 hrs on working days. 09:00-12:00 during vacation weekdays |
| Academic Faculty | On 3rd & 4th Saturday of each month between 09:00-11:00 hrs with appointment through School Diary |
